Position: Night Shift EngineerLocation: London, West EndSalary: £50,000 per annum + OvertimeHours: 4 on / 4 off (8:00pm 8:00am)Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeA prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Night Shift Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment with genuine training, progression, and overtime opportunities.What youll do:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.Perform fault finding and repairs on systems including HVAC plant, lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and general plant equipment.Ensure all systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements.Respond to breakdowns and out-of-hours issues, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.Assist with minor works, system improvements, and general maintenance tasks across the site.Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.What youll bring:City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical and/or mechanical systems.A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.Why Apply?£50,000 per annum salary4 on / 4 off night shift patternStatic, high-profile commercial siteOvertime opportunities availableExcellent training and progression opportunitiesStable, long-term role within a professional environmentJBRP1_UKTJ
