Bank Senior Carer - Care Home Hours: 34.5 OR 48 hours per week - Night Shift - 8pm - 8am Salary: £13.87 per hour Location: Mollington, Cheshire, CH1 6NP
ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Carer, youll look after the different needs of residents to enable to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Like everyone here, as a Senior Care Assistant, youll always respect the dignity and preferences of our clients' residents as well playing your own part in creating an environment thats warm, welcoming and vibrant.
ABOUT YOU You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join as a Senior Care Assistant. If you have NVQ Level 2 and the willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3, we will consider your application. Well also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
