About You and the Role As a Night Room Service Waiter/Waitress, you will: Deliver warm, efficient, and discreet in-room dining throughout the night Prepare and present orders with care and attention to detail Take in-room dining orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and professionalism Set up and clear trays and trolleys in line with brand standards Liaise with the night kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Monitor and replenish overnight amenities and mini-bar stock where needed Work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern Remain calm, composed, and approachable during overnight hours This is a great opportunity to be part of a new and growing hospitality brand with more hotels in the pipeline, your career has space to grow at The Newman.
