We're launching a brand-new hotel in the heart of Canary Wharf in May 2026, featuring 279 rooms across 19 floors, with a restaurant, coffee shop, and rooftop bar. This is a great opportunity to join from the very beginning and help shape a successful opening.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable and professional Night Receptionist to oversee the Front Office during overnight hours. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of the hotel while delivering a high standard of guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome late arrivals and manage early departures
Carry out the night audit and ensure all daily reports are accurate
Handle guest enquiries and requests overnight
Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests
Process payments and manage cash handling accurately
Prepare handover reports for the daytime team
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with other departments
What We're Looking For
Previous nights hotel reception experience essential
Experience working night shifts or completing night audit (preferred)
PMS knowledge required; experience with MEWS desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Calm, professional, and solution-focused approach
Flexible and reliable with a commitment to overnight work
