Night Receptionist

Eccleston Square Hotel is a 39 bedroom boutique hotel located 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station. We are currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests during overnight hours
Manage late check-ins and early check-outs
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Handle reservations and update the booking system
Perform night audit procedures and prepare daily reports
Ensure security of the premises during the night shift
Address guest requests or issues promptly and professionally
Working Hours
Night shifts: 4 nights on, 4 nights off
10 hour shifts: 10pm-8am
Requirements
Previous hotel reception or customer service experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and ability to use booking systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearancet
