Monday-Sunday. The shifts are 12 hours from 8pm until 8am. Normally three or four shifts a week.

As a Night Receptionist, your responsibilities include:
Night Receptionist Duties
To handle complaints or queries with immediate action, speaking to the departments concerned with a thorough follow up to the guests.
To ensure that the Front of House is presentable to the highest standard at all times and telephones are answered promptly and courteously.
To ensure guest liaison and client loyalty development. Regularly contacting guests and resolving any queries that may arise, building client rapport and creating regular guests. Greeting guests by name, particularly during check-on and check-out times.
When appropriate ensure reservations are handled correctly with all relevant details taken.
To ensure full preparation have taken place for all VIP arrivals each day and where appropriate, ensure guests are taken to their rooms efficiently and courteously explaining all the facilities.
To ensure close liaison with Housekeeping so that they are aware of VIP arrivals and any special requests, or past problem areas and to advise them of pre-allocated rooms and of any room transfers or matters, which concern them.
To provide thorough handover to the Front of House team and other departmental representatives.
Assisting with luggage and concierge duties.
Night Receptionist Required
Positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to make guests feel at home
Fully flexible attitude towards work.
Organised and good time management.
Receptionist Desired
Have at least one years experience in a luxury hotel as a receptionist or night receptionist.
Have worked to Forbes standards.
Knowledge of Opera.
Strong area knowledge of central London and local attractions.
As a Night Receptionist you will be reporting to the Front Office Manager within the Front Office and Nights department of the hotel.
