Night Operations Manager (Logistics / Parcels) Coventry 22:00 – 06:00 (Night Shift) £21.60 – £24.00 per hour We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Night Operations Manager to join our Coventry Hub, overseeing a fast-paced parcel and logistics operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the night shift team and take full responsibility for inbound collections and trunking operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and on-time performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and manage a night shift team of approximately 10 staff Oversee inbound parcel collections and trunking activities Ensure operational KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment Troubleshoot operational issues and drive continuous improvement Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, with parcel experience essential Previous experience in a supervisory or management role CPC qualification (desirable) Strong IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and leadership skills Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
