M4 Specialist are recruiting for a Night Manager how holds a HGV 1 license for our Client a distribution company based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking to expand their team. This client operate 24 hours / 364 days of the year.

Salary £40,000 which is negotiable depending on experience.

28 days holiday

Role Overview:

As a Night Driver/Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing nighttime operations, ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries, and managing a team of drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Class 1 and 2 vehicles on nights.
  • Supervise and coordinate the night driving team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Optimize routes and schedules for efficiency.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the night.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 driving licenses with a valid CPC & Tacho.
  • Proven experience in night driving and team management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Good knowledge of Southeast UK locations and routes.
  • Flexibility to work five nights a week with overtime opportunities.
