We are looking for a Night Manager to join our Front Office team at The Pelham Hotel.

Your Role & What We Need From You
The Night Manager plays a crucial part in our success.
As a Night Manager, you will oversee the hotel's operations during the night, acting as the main point of contact for guests and ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless experience. You will manage late check-ins and early check-outs, handle guest enquiries and concerns, and ensure a calm, professional, and personalised service throughout the night.
You will be responsible for supervising the night team, completing night audit procedures, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all reports are accurate and delivered on time. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, you will also support guest requests efficiently while ensuring all front office and security procedures are carried out in line with our standards.
As part of the operational team, you will work independently while maintaining close communication with other departments to ensure continuity and the overall success of Starhotels UK.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a similar Night Manager or supervisory role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A confident, proactive, and responsible individual who thrives in an autonomous, overnight role.
Strong attention to detail, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction at all times.
