As a Night In Room Dining Waiter, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests in the comfort of their rooms. Combining professionalism, discretion and strong product knowledge, you will ensure each order is delivered with precision, warmth and the attention to detail that defines the Nobu guest experience. Working closely with the kitchen and service teams, you will help ensure the smooth operation of evening in room dining while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service. You will Deliver exceptional in room dining service during the evening and night shifts Take guest orders over the phone in a professional and welcoming manner Demonstrate strong knowledge of the food and beverage menus including allergens Deliver orders to guest rooms discreetly and with attention to presentation Ensure trays, dishes and equipment are prepared to the highest standards Upsell menu items and additional products where appropriate Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised dining experience Handle guest queries or concerns confidently and professionally Maintain clear communication with kitchen and service teams Support colleagues and contribute to a smooth night operation Embody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction What Were Looking For You bring experience in a guest facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
