We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client based in Grays for a Permanent Night Duty Manager . The role will be a 4 on 4 off night shift based on 2 shifts 7pm - 7am and 10pm - 10am, weekends and bank holidays when necessary, paying £36,000 per annum , The role will include Helping the delivery of a safe, clean and attractive environment for customers and staff Ensure daily audits are complete Experience managing both Security & Cleaning teams Review recruitment, absences and overtime Manage stock levels for operational needs Engage effectively with customers and clients Respond to front line issues and complaints in a professional manner Maintain a high level of cleaning standards Make sure all accidents and emergency situations are recording and reported and any emergency situations are coordinated and business continuity is retained Manage all sub contractors for cleaning Work alongside the Operations Manager, and take leadership of the center Conduct safe working checks on contractors when required You will need Experience managing large teams across cleaning, customer service and security Experience in organising rotas and working patterns Experience in a fast paced environment
