Night Care Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Supervisor with experience in care homes, adult health, social care, or community settings to lead our dementia care teams at Dunkirk Memorial House . Evidence of professional development in dementia care is essential. You will inspire care teams to provide compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each resident's needs. You will create personalised care plans, promote health and well-being, and ensure that the preferences and choices of residents are central to their care.
Work pattern: 37.5 hours per week, consisting of three 12.5 hour night shifts (19:45 - 08:15), including weekends with salary between £15.22 - £16.36 per hour.
