You will support individuals and families through challenging times, ensuring that vulnerable children and adults are safeguarded from harm. You will play a vital role in improving outcomes and empowering people to lead safer, more fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify individuals and families who need support
Assess clients needs, strengths, and support networks
Support clients in adapting to life changes and challenges
Research and refer to appropriate community resources
Assist with accessing government services and benefits
Respond to crisis situations, including safeguarding concerns
Advocate for improved wellbeing and access to services
Monitor progress and follow up to ensure positive outcomes
Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided
Complete Assessments

Resilience and emotional strength
Adaptability and flexibility
Strong observation, analytical, and listening skills
Ability to negotiate and advocate effectively
Excellent organisational skills
Requirements
Honours or postgraduate degree in Social Work
Experience working with children and families or adults
Degree approved by Social Work England
Right to work in the UK
Satisfactory references covering the past 5 years
Enhanced DBS clearance
