About the Role
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Newly Qualified Teachers to work across a range of primary schools starting in September. We have a variety of flexible opportunities available, including day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term roles that can lead to permanent positions.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, build confidence, and find the right school environment to begin or further your teaching career.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range
Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Follow school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour
Collaborate with school staff and contribute to the wider school community

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification

Strong classroom management skills (or willingness to develop them)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
