A well-established professional services firm in London is looking to appoint a qualified Audit professional to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and gain strong exposure across a range of industries within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion

Lead audit fieldwork and coordinate engagement teams

Supervise and support junior and semi-senior team members

Review work and ensure audits are delivered to a high technical standard

Report findings and progress to Managers and Partners

Work with a varied client portfolio , including Entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses, High-net-worth individuals and a selection of listed companies

Assist with ad hoc specialist assignments or projects when required

Candidate Requirements

ACA or ACCA qualified

Strong interest in working in a fully audit-focused position

Previous experience in a similar external audit role

Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines

Up-to-date knowledge of Financial reporting standards, a uditing standards and UK company law

A working knowledge of corporate tax , including the ability to review draft tax computations
