Newly Qualified Architect\n\nBirmingham\n\nSalary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience.\n\nAztrum is excited to be working with a dynamic and innovative architectural firm specialising in the Education, Industrial, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors. My client pride themselves on a collaborative work environment, creative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional projects. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join the team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities for this Newly Qualified Architect role:\n\nAssist in the design and development of projects from initial concept through to detailed design, planning, and construction phases.\n\nPrepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentations using CAD, BIM, and other design software.\n\nCollaborate with senior architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetic, and meet client requirements.\n\nParticipate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, providing input and assisting in resolving design and technical issues.\n\nConduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are being executed according to design specifications and standards.\n\nAssist in the preparation of planning applications, technical documentation, and construction detailing.\n\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices.\n\nRequirements for this Newly Qualified Architect role:\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.\n\nRecently qualified Architect.\n\nProficiency in Revit. \n\nStrong design and visualisation skills with a keen eye for detail.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.\n\nInterested?
