Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a progressive and expanding accounting and consulting firm that is keen to appoint an Accountant to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant currently working within accountancy practice who is looking to broaden their experience within a varied role and gain exposure to a diverse and impressive client portfolio. The Role This position offers a varied workload and the chance to get involved across a wide range of accounting and advisory activities, including: Preparing both management accounts and statutory financial statements Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Completing VAT returns, corporate and personal tax returns, and payroll submissions Supporting the team on ad-hoc advisory and consultancy assignments for clients About You Previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment would be highly beneficial. Candidates from alternative backgrounds may also be considered if they can demonstrate relevant experience. Qualified or part-qualified accountant, with those holding IATI qualification or QBE experience also encouraged to apply. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work. An interest in a broad role covering accounts, tax, and advisory work, with a hands-on approach to supporting clients. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
