Youll begin your journey with comprehensive training, where youll gain in-depth knowledge of our systems, products, and destinations. Once completed, youll join a local branch as an Assistant Branch Manager . Throughout your development, youll be supported by our experienced Learning and Development Coaches and our dedicated travel teams. Together, well help you build your skills, expand your experience, and grow into an effective leader at Hays Travel. What to expect Your first ten weeks will be spent in a virtual classroom training environment with your fellow New to Travel colleagues. During this time, our dedicated Learning and Development team will show you the Hays Way on our service ethos, top techniques in sales, how to use our systems, and provide a knowledge foundation about the various products we offer. The New to Travel Programme promises to equip you with excellent knowledge, insights, and tips to become a successful Travel Consultant within the Hays Travel family. You'll then work alongside our Travel Consultants in a branch, our Regional Sales Manager, and our Learning and Development team to refine your skills. At the end of the six-month programme, you'll take the final assessment. Upon successful completion, youll begin your career as a Travel Consultant with Hays Travel.
