Expleo is currently looking for experienced Manufacturing Engineers to join our client's cutting-edge facility focused on high-performance road vehicles. These contract positions, based in Surrey and inside IR35, offer a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled team.

Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for Series Models, ensuring seamless integration into existing production environments. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to create robust, repeatable assembly processes and documentation, from initial design to series production. - Define, specify, and deliver optimal operational practices in line with brand expectations, while assisting the manufacturing engineering team in creating departmental budgets for program business cases. - Ensure successful delivery of new products by supporting the achievement of all project gateway milestones. - Lead the design of new layouts and material flow, collaborating with Engineering & Operations teams to align new models with the facility's overall plan and vision.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience: - A degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience in a comparable role. - Experience in creating process documentation. - Strong background in vehicle assembly processes. - Familiarity with assembly equipment (procurement experience is a plus). - Experience wi...
