This long‑term project is transforming the area and offers an excellent platform for a sales professional to thrive. This role would suit an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant or an Estate Agent with a proven track record in selling new home properties.Contract: 2‑Year Fixed Term. Site‑based role working from Tuesday to Saturday.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a first‑class customer experience from initial enquiry through to completionConduct viewings, provide detailed product knowledge, and guide purchasers through the buying processBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, stakeholders, and colleaguesConsistently achieve personal and team sales targetsManage sales administration and CRM records with accuracyLiaise with solicitors, agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth progression of salesThe Ideal CandidateProven background in new homes sales or estate agency sales on siteProven knowledge of intermediate sales tenures including shared ownershipConfident, personable, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targetsStrong negotiation, communication, and organisational skillsProfessional, customer‑focused, and able to work effectively within a teamIn your supporting statement, it is important that you address how you meet each of the above criteria providing real examples.Closing Date: 14th December 2025 at 23:59 (We may close the advert early if we receive a suitable number of applications). #J-18808-Ljbffr
