I’m working with an award-winning bespoke housebuilder based in the West of Glasgow who are looking to appoint experienced Senior Sales Advisors and Sales Advisors to support the continued success of their high-quality, design-led developments.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected SME developer with one of the strongest reputations in Scotland for build quality, customer care, and professionalism.

The Role

Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion

*

Manage and progress sales leads while building strong relationships with purchasers

*

Conduct viewings, reservations and contract progression

*

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover process

*

Represent the brand with professionalism and pride on site

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or Senior Sales Advisor within housebuilding

*

A strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills

*

Confident managing the full sales process

*

A professional, proactive and self-motivated approach
