Network & Technology Operations Specialist We are looking for experienced Network & Technology Operations Specialists to join our dynamic client teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performing, 24x7 operational environment, supporting critical IT infrastructure and services.

What You’ll Do: Act as a key point of contact for infrastructure and network-related issues. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across compute, storage, networking, and security systems. Support service delivery and compliance with operational procedures and SLAs. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, developing runbooks, automation, and operational guidance. Lead, mentor, and support junior team members. Collaborate with engineering, vendor, and client teams on complex technical challenges. Participate in shift rotations and on-call schedules as required.
