A growing real estate business is looking for a Network & Security Engineer to support and develop its core infrastructure as the organisation expands and brings more IT capability in-house.This role will focus on maintaining a secure, scalable network environment across multiple sites, with a strong emphasis on Cisco Meraki and Microsoft technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support Cisco Meraki networking infrastructure (switching, wireless and security)Maintain and enhance network security, including firewalls, VPNs and monitoringSupport and optimise the Microsoft environment (M365 / Azure)Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issuesMonitor and maintain network performance across multiple locationsWork with internal teams and vendors on infrastructure and security projectsKey RequirementsStrong experience with Cisco Meraki networking (switching, wireless, security)Solid experience within Microsoft environments (M365 / Azure)Strong focus on network security and infrastructure resilienceCCNP certification requiredExperience with Mimecast highly desirableKnowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management) beneficialComfortable travelling between sites when requiredExperienceTypically 5+ years in network / infrastructure engineering rolesExperience operating as a 3rd line / senior escalation point #J-18808-Ljbffr
