About the Role Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver network optimisation and change initiatives aligned to business priorities Analyse management information and modelled outputs to assess impact versus the current baseline Manage optimisation projects from business case through to implementation Optimise routes, depot timings, capacity, and workflow across the network Support strategic decisions such as new locations or network reconfiguration Develop and maintain strong relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders Use PowerBI
