Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site support for network equipment, servers, and related infrastructure in data centers and office environments. Perform physical tasks such as cabling, racking, stacking, and replacing hardware components. Assist in network troubleshooting , including connectivity issues, hardware failures, and configuration support under remote guidance. Execute smart hands activities , including power cycling, patching, and device resets as per instructions from NOC or engineering teams. Maintain accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and changes performed on-site. Coordinate with remote network operations teams to resolve escalated issues promptly. Ensure compliance with customer security and operational standards during all activities.
