Your new role The Neighbourhood Investment Manager plays a key role in creating safe, attractive, and sustainable communities by leading improvements to estates and local environments that reflect the needs and priorities of residents. Working closely with teams across property services, tenancy management, and commercial operations, they deliver coordinated solutions that enhance neighbourhoods and support long-term tenancy success. They manage projects using data and insight to ensure resources are used effectively and outcomes are delivered on time.
