NEC4 Project Manager needed in Oldham, £60ph PAYE - Reference: 000A 88A3 / 1 Lead on the planning, programming, and project management of funded highways projects from inception to completion. Manage commercial and contractual obligations under NEC4 contracts (preferably Option B Priced Bill of Quantities). Oversee and coordinate external contributors and stakeholders integral to project delivery. Produce and maintain construction programmes aligned with capital and funding requirements. Represent the Client in consultations, public meetings, and cross-departmental or external collaborations to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a Full time role on atemporary contract basis.
