A well-established and growing metal fabrication and welding company is seeking a skilled and experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level II Inspector to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a purpose-built facility with a company that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. As an NDT Level II Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and quality of fabricated components through a range of inspection techniques. You'll work closely with fabrication and welding teams to uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance, contributing directly to the delivery of high-spec projects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Perform NDT inspections using visual weld inspection, radiographic testing (x-ray), and dye penetrant testing (PFD). Interpret test results to assess weld quality and structural integrity. Ensure all inspections meet industry standards, customer specifications, and internal procedures. Maintain accurate inspection records and produce detailed reports. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Stay up to date with the latest NDT technologies and best practices. Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
