Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-site workshop operations, driving performance, safety, and efficiency
Oversee fleet maintenance, availability, and compliance across all depots
Deliver KPI performance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Senior leadership experience in plant hire or heavy equipment operations
Strong technical knowledge and experience managing multi-site teams
Driving licence and own car
Desirable
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
Experience with ERP systems or plant hire software
