About this RoleWe are looking for a National Sales Manager to play a leading part in shaping and driving the future of our newly established Dawsongroup Energy Solutions business. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will have the autonomy to build a strong customer base, develop our product portfolio, and deliver ambitious growth plans.Lead sales growth and achieve agreed revenue targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersDevelop business plans, growth strategies and marketing activityRefine the supply chain and evolve the product offering to stay ahead of the marketPromoting the services of other Dawsongroup businesses raising intercompany leads as appropriateLead negotiating of commercial agreements with key stakeholdersAbout YouYou are a confident and commercially minded leader who thrives in a role where you can influence, build, and grow.
