The Role As National Sales Manager for Education, you will spearhead KOMPAN’s entry into the school segment. This strategic role focuses on building a dedicated team, developing market‑specific solutions, and delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with marketing, telesales, and back‑office support to ensure a seamless customer experience and position KOMPAN as the go‑to provider for schools nationwide. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a national sales strategy for the education sector. Recruit, onboard, and lead a high‑performing consultative sales team. Recruit, onboard, and lead an education‑focused marketing and telesales team. Drive lead generation through marketing and telesales initiatives. Identify product portfolio gaps and integrate third‑party solutions where necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline quoting and contract delivery.

About You

Proven track record in consultative sales and team leadership. Strong understanding of the education market and its decision‑making processes. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans and deliver results. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel nationally. Excellent leader and motivator of team.
