The Opportunity:Working for the renowned manufacturer Metro (part of the globally recognised Welbilt Group) we are looking to recruit a high-performing individual to work as a Key Account Manager. Driving growth of the Metro range across an established account portfolio in the UK.This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to join this aspirational business. The role will be for a specialist, solution-led Account Manager, focused on their premium product portfolio that includes storage, transport, and workflow systems for the professional kitchen and foodservice sector. This person will take ownership of the Metro brand in the UK, dealing with established key Welbilt group customers. The role will also involve identifying new opportunities to expand Metros footprint across the UK market.You will be targeting some of the UKs most recognisable operators including:Restaurant and QSR chains Hotels and contract caterers Metro ProductsA premium portfolio of industry-leading foodservice solutions, including:Modular shelving systems Mobile storage and transport solutions Heated and insulated holding cabinets These solutions play a critical role in helping commercial kitchens optimise space, improve workflow, and ensure food safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow the relationships with strategic key accounts across the UK Identify and convert opportunities to increase market shareEngage with multiple stakeholders, including: Deliver consultative, solution-led sales, focused on efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
