This National Contract Hire Sales Manager role focuses on growing long term contract hire and rental solutions, with a strong emphasis on electric vehicle adoption and fleet transformation. Identify and secure long term contract hire, rental and finance agreements across a national customer base. Support customers transitioning from ICE vehicles to electric fleets through consultative, solution led selling. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, aligned to revenue and utilisation targets. Work closely with internal teams including sales, fleet and electrification specialists to deliver tailored solutions. Provide market insight on competitors, trends and EV adoption to support strategic growth.
