Luneia Brands is a London-based distributor and strategic growth partner founded in 2020, specialising in introducing beauty and wellness brands into the UK market, partnering with our roster of retail partners.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to grow our team with a dynamic & ambitious National Account Manager.
This is a highly commercial and strategic role, responsible for driving growth across key retail partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our retail strategy, managing major accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, with regular travel and commutable proximity to London required for client meetings and team collaboration.
What You'll Do
Account Management: Own and develop relationships with key national retail partners, including major retail partners such as Boots and Space NK, acting as the primary commercial contact.
Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue, increase market share, and maximise brand performance across accounts.
Forecasting & Analysis: Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Retail Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class execution across merchandising, promotions, product launches, and in-store visibility.
Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, margins, promotional plans, and trading terms.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of account plans and objectives.
Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and retailer strategies to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Who You Are
You are a commercially driven, proactive, and highly motivated individual with a strong track record in account management within the beauty industry.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a National Account Manager or similar commercial role, ideally within beauty, wellness, or FMCG.
You have proven experience managing key UK retailers, with strong preference for experience working with Boots and/or Space NK.
You are a self-starter with strong initiative, comfortable working autonomously while driving results and taking ownership of your accounts.
You are highly analytical and confident working with sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
You are based within commutable distance to London and are comfortable with regular travel for client meetings.

Interview Process
This will be a two-stage process:
Stage 1: Virtual interview with senior leadership to discuss experience, commercial achievements, and account management approach.
Final Stage: Case study presentation (e.g., account growth strategy or retail scenario) and opportunity to meet wider team.
