We’re working with a seriously exciting, high growth food brand that’s carving out a unique space within the health led, convenience category. Known for bold innovation, strong branding and a genuinely different approach to modern eating, this is a business that has built a loyal following across both retail and out of home. With strong momentum in UK grocery and big ambitions for further growth, they’re now looking for a National Account Manager to help drive the next phase. It’s a brilliant opportunity to join a fast paced, entrepreneurial team where you’ll have real ownership and impact from day one. The Role You’ll take ownership of key grocery accounts, with a particular focus on Asda, driving both volume and value growth while building strong relationships with buyers. Responsibilities
Owning delivery of volume, value and wider business KPIs Supporting pricing and promotional strategy Managing forecasts and contributing to P&L performance Working closely with cross functional teams across the business
Qualifications
Experience in account management, grocery is a plus but not essential Confident communicator, able to build and develop buyer relationships A proactive self starter who thrives in a fast moving environment A collaborative mindset and willingness to get stuck in Genuine passion for food and challenger brands We’d also consider a strong National Account Executive ready to step up into their first NAM role
