National Account Manager — UK & International Location: Cheadle, Cheshire (office-based) | Salary: Competitive + bonus The opportunity We're a fast-growing beauty business with four exciting brands spanning mid-market to mass — and we're looking for a National Account Manager to help us grow them. This is a genuinely broad role covering both UK retail and international markets, so if you're someone who loves building relationships, opening new doors and making things happen, read on. We're based in Cheadle and this is an office-based role, so we're looking for someone local to the North West or happy to commute. What you’ll be doing
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing UK and international accounts across grocery, health & beauty and general retail Developing new global accounts — identifying opportunities, building relationships and converting them into long-term partnerships Building genuine, lasting relationships with buyers at all levels Owning your P&L — forecasting, budgeting, promotional planning and JBP management Representing our four brands with passion and credibility in front of buyers and at trade events Working cross-functionally with our internal teams to bring new products to market and maximise in-store and online presence
What we’re looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a National Account Manager or similar commercial role FMCG background essential — beauty or personal care experience is a real advantage A genuine track record of growing accounts and opening new business, not just managing what's already there Experience of international markets preferred but not essential - whether that's existing retailer relationships or new market development Someone who is energetic, passionate and enthusiastic — we want people who light up when they talk about our brands and our customers Strong communicator and natural relationship builder — the kind of person buyers enjoy working with Commercially sharp — comfortable with P&L, forecasting and negotiation Must be commutable to Cheadle, Cheshire — this is an office-based role
