National Account Manager - Retail Join a market-leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative building solutions, backed by a global group with a strong reputation for quality and sustainability. This is a business that partners with major UK retailers to deliver products that shape the future of construction and home improvement. We’re looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail partnerships and drive growth across a diverse product portfolio. This is a strategic role where you’ll manage head office agreements, build strong relationships, and deliver commercial success with some of the UK’s biggest names in retail. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to grow retail accounts and deliver profitable sales.Identify new opportunities and address challenges to ensure targets and margins are achieved.Lead negotiations, joint planning sessions, and regular business reviews.Track performance against KPIs and adjust plans to maximise results.Resolve issues related to logistics, stock, pricing, or in-store execution Desired Experience Experience managing or working with retail accounts (DIY, home improvement, or similar sectors).Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Package Basic Salary - £50,000 - £52,000Bonus - 30%Company Car #J-18808-Ljbffr
