We’re on the search for two National Account Managers, each getting the chance to take ownership of a high-profile hospitality customer. Both of which, would look fantastic on your CV!
One is a large, high-volume account where operational excellence and detail are everything.
The other is a premium brand where you’ll partner closely on menu innovation and NPD while ensuring service levels stay sharp.
Both roles offer real ownership from day one, quick decision-making without corporate layers. You’ll speak directly to the people who can say yes.
It is a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment with customers who expect a lot and internal processes that aren’t always perfect. If that doesn’t sound like your kind of challenge, this probably isn’t the role for you.
But if you’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-moving environment where your voice matters, you’ll feel right at home.
The Business
The company is a fourth-generation, family-owned foodservice supplier with strong, long-standing partnerships across the UK hospitality sector. They supply some of the best-known restaurant brands in the country with
fresh produce and ingredients to more than 4,000 customer sites.

Headquartered in Waltham Cross, the business has grown steadily through a combination of service excellence, commercial agility and trusted customer relationships.
With family leadership still actively involved in day-to-day operations, it’s a culture that values pace, accountability and hands-on teamwork. It’s a fast, logistics-led business with a reputation for rolling up its sleeves and delivering.
What You’ll Need
You’ll bring proven national account management experience in foodservice or FMCG, ideally working with multi-site hospitality customers.
You’ll be operationally strong, able to stay on top of a fast-paced, service-led account and commercially aware enough to protect margin and drive performance.
Strong Excel skills will be important, particularly for the high-volume account, where data and service tracking are a big part of the day-to-day.
