Looking for an exciting new opportunity within a fast-growing company, working with some of the largest Global brands?
Dalian Talent Group is looking for a talented National Account Manager to join our team, with experience working with major UK and European value and supermarket accounts to drive growth across our global brand portfolio. This is a fast-paced sales leadership role with importance on business growth and developing and maintaining strong retailer relationships. Ideal experience in fragrance, toiletries and personal care a distinct advantage.

We work with some of the largest global brands, catering to retailers and partners from entry price point to luxury channels across the UK, Europe and the Far East with 1700 staff and 5 offices internationally.
The Role Description
As a National Account Manager for Dalian Talent Group, you will:
- Lead the growth of key accounts covering both the UK and Europe, driving volume, sales, brand presence and profitability.
- Build, nurture and maintain strong retailer relationships in line with commercial goals.
- Create & execute JBPs (Joint Business Plans) reviewed regularly to ensure all account metrics are achieved and relevant stakeholders engaged in conjunction with Channel Marketing.
- Identify and grow new business opportunities in line with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and PD to proactively optimise and champion your account requirements, maximising commercial impact.
- Drive best practice in stock / sales forecasting & service / availability management.
- Be the face of the business; identifying market trends, challenges and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Qualities the candidate should have:
- A proven track record of sales success in a national account manager or key account manager role — with value and supermarket experience
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strategic thinking — able to build clear commercial plans and deliver them
- Outstanding communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation both autonomously and within a team
- Analytical and problem-solving capability — comfortable working with P&L, forecasting and performance data
- A results driven approach — always pushing for growth with a focus on achieving sales targets
- A passion for brand building and commercial delivery
- Experience in fragrance, toiletries and personal care is highly desirable
