We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager National Accounts to join our team. This is a national role, so you can be based anywhere in the UK. As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end commercial customer journey, including both relationship management and business development activities. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on proactively identifying and securing new customers to expand the account base and drive business growth, with the remaining 20% dedicated to managing and developing existing accounts. All activities will be guided by a continuously evolving and agreed account plan and customer strategy. You will build, maintain and develop strong, direct relationships with key customer stakeholders, and deliver key account management activities in line with national Key Account guidelines.
