We’re looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to join a market-lading consumer products business within the Small Domestic Appliances sector.


Working closely with the Specialist Bricks & Clicks Channel Manager, you’ll take ownership of a major UK retail account (John Lewis) and play a pivotal role in driving both sell-in and sell-out performance, with full P&L responsibility.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys building strong retail partnerships.


What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and managing a top-tier national retail account, leading quarterly commercial planning cycles
  • Delivering against sales targets while managing the full P&L
  • Using insight and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actions
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing teams
  • Supporting best-in-class go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Attending regular operational and performance review meetings to ensure execution excellence


What we’re looking for

  • Proven Account Management experience with P&L ownership, ideally within a retail environment
  • Experience managing key UK retailers
  • Highly analytical, commercially curious, and confident working with data
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by results
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
