You’ll be home-based, spending time in the field with customers, and in the London office twice a week with the wider team. You’ll have autonomy, backing, and the chance to put your stamp on a channel that is scaling quickly.
Owning and growing national Foodservice accounts across wholesale and distribution, with full P&L responsibility Building and executing joint business plans that deliver sustainable volume, value, and margin growth Winning new business with regional and national Foodservice partners aligned to channel strategy Working closely with senior commercial stakeholders to shape and deliver the wider
What You’ll Need to Bring
3–5 years’ FMCG sales experience, ideally within UK Foodservice A strong track record of managing and growing complex customer accounts Commercial confidence with pricing, promotions, and margin management Energy, independence, and the judgment to operate well in a scaling business
