Our client is a fast-growing, values-driven food brand that’s shaking up their category. With strong retail distribution and ambitious plans to expand into new categories and channels, they are now seeking a National Account Manager with grocery experience to join their commercial team.
Salary: £50,000-55,000 + car allowance and bonus
Ways of working: hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office.

The job…
As National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a significant retail portfolio, driving profitable growth across major UK retailers. You’ll manage existing accounts while identifying and winning new opportunities, building compelling business plans that deliver value for shoppers, customers, and the brand.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Innovation and Operations to launch NPD, deliver accurate forecasting, and ensure consistent operational execution. With full P&L responsibility, you’ll take a data-led approach and negotiate strategically to achieve targets.

You… what are we looking for?
- Proven experience managing and growing FMCG grocery accounts (discounters experience would be a bonus).
- A track record of winning new business and delivering commercial results.
- Strong analytical ability and able to use insight to build category-led customer plans.
- P&L management experience.
