We’re on the hunt for a German-speaking National Account Manager to play a pivotal role in breaking into the European market. This isn’t just about selling products, it’s about shaping a brand, creating a buzz, and building a lasting presence in a completely new market.

Starting as a direct-to-consumer brand, it has already made waves globally, with a turnover surpassing $500 million, and now it’s your opportunity to bring its natural, innovative products to German retailers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the launch of the brand in Germany, tailoring the approach to fit the local culture and consumer habits
- Work closely with a German Marketing lead to ensure the brand resonates with the German audience
- Build and grow relationships with retail partners, occasionally travelling to Germany to be at the heart of the action
- Elevate key products beyond the hero line, creating traction for the wider range
- Collaborate with global teams across the USA and UK, sharing insights and driving results
- Take a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach; this role is about driving action, not just strategy
Who you are:
- Fluent in German and familiar with the German retail market
- Experienced in launching brands and growing retail business, ideally within FMCG, health, or beauty
- Hands-on, results-driven, and able to thrive in a start-up environment
- A proactive self-starter with an ownership mentality, someone who gets things done without waiting for approvals
- Flexible with hybrid working; based in London 2–3 days per week, with travel to Germany
