Key Responsibilities
As National Account Manager, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including leading department stores, national retailers etc. Collaborate with partners to refine product assortments, boost visibility, and enhance online performance. Oversee operations with our external logistics partner, ensuring smooth daily processes and optimal stock availability. Plan and deliver marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in partnership with internal teams. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, shaping joint business plans and monitoring performance against agreed targets.
