Marvel FMCG are delighted to be exclusively partnered with Truestart Coffee, a fast-growing, purpose-led FMCG brand on a mission to help people sleep better by reducing caffeine without compromising on taste.


With strong momentum across the grocery channel and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a National Account Executive to support their commercial team and key retail partners.

The job…


As National Account Executive, you’ll play a key support role across Truestart Coffee’s grocery accounts, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of customer activity.


With a strong admin focus, you’ll support National Account Managers with forecasting, promotions, pricing, and customer data, helping to keep accounts organised, accurate, and running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining internal systems, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting meetings with retailers.

You… what are we looking for?


  • Ambitious and organised individual with a strong interest in FMCG sales and grocery retail.
  • Experience in an account executive, sales support or commercial admin role (FMCG desirable but not essential).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidence managing data and systems.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, reports, forecasts and presentations.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and desire to learn and progress.
