The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments, while consistently maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building lasting client relationships and growing their customer base within our supportive salon environment. *Role Responsibilities:* * Ensure workstation and tools are fully sanitized and organized before every new client * Monitor stock levels to ensure all colours and nail product ranges are replenished * Remove cuticles, shape, polish and treat customers’ fingernails and toenails * Assess nail health and determine best treatment for optimal care * Apply, remove, or touch up gel, acrylic, or shellac nails * Capture photos/videos of your work for internal use *Candidate Requirements:* * Punctual, reliable, and a team-oriented player who thrives in a high-performance environment * Passionate about customer service – you love making people feel welcomed and cared for * Eagerness to learn and evolve by mastering new techniques and trends * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and build positive rapport * Clean, fast and detail-focused *What We Offer:* * Free training provided in all aspect of nails, including new nail products such as BIAB and nail art * Staff discount on professional and retail products * Busy salon with steady clientele * Flexible schedule, 10am - 6pm (Mon – Fri) * Salary of £26,000 per annum * ADDTIOIONAL PAY: Commission + tips = excellent earning potential!
