Excell Supply are looking for a Music Teacher for a Secondary school in Wrexham.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

You will need to be available full time and be confident to teach Music to key stage 3 and 4.

This role is due to start in January 2026 and is required for a short to medium term staff absence.

The Role As a Music Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students of all abilities.

Plan and assess creative schemes of work that meet curriculum requirements.

Lead extracurricular activities such as choir, instrumental groups, or school productions.

Encourage participation in music both inside and outside the classroom.

Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the arts provision across the school.

About You We are seeking someone who is: Qualified to teach music (QTS or equivalent).

Passionate about inspiring young people through music.

Skilled in a range of instruments or vocal performance.

Organised and creative in lesson planning and delivery.

Committed to inclusive education and supporting every child to achieve their potential.
