A vibrant and skilled Music Teacher is required to inspire a love of music within the student body of an Outstanding school in Barnet, commencing a permanent full-time role in September. The successful candidate will nurture musical talent and develop a strong appreciation for diverse genres across Key Stages 3 and 4 (ages 11-16). Responsibilities * They will create and deliver engaging Music lessons encompassing performance, composition, and critical listening skills for Key Stages 3 and 4. * The role involves effectively teaching music theory, history, and cultural contexts, following the school's curriculum. * They will foster a creative and collaborative atmosphere where students can explore their musical potential individually and within ensembles. * Leading and contributing to the school's extracurricular musical activities, such as choirs and instrumental groups, will be expected.
