Role Overview

As a Multi-Trade Plumber you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial sites. You will utilise a broad range of trade skills to ensure our clients’ properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing a first-class service and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. As the Multi-Trade Engineer, you will be required to use an app on on the tablet provided for all your itinerary and jobs to be completed,

Key Responsibilities • Carry out general building maintenance tasks across commercial properties • Undertake multi-trade duties including plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, tiling, patch plastering, and minor electrical work. • Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance issues. • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules. • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed SLAs. • Complete job ...
